apparently.

  • Breathe deeply, from your diaphragm; breathing from your chest won't relax you.
    Picture your breath coming up from your "gut."
  • Slowly repeat a calm word or phrase such as "relax," "take it easy." Repeat it to yourself while breathing deeply.
  • Use imagery; visualize a relaxing experience, from either your memory or your imagination.
  • Nonstrenuous, slow yoga-like exercises can relax your muscles and make you feel much calmer.

Question;
the word 'relax' pisses me off,
so will the rest work for me......................
also, a 'relaxing experience' will be me smashing your skull. (not on a hard surface, you might get hurt; i know my anger is momentary, therefore i do not want to hurt you in the long run.)

fun fact: i hate meds, any kind of pills or syrup.... feels like it messes the shit out of my whole body. but natural /organic cures or remedies are fine, eg. mint tea is good for a tummy ache.
